Mason (Contract Position)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team on a contract basis in Gujrat, Pakistan. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, concrete blocks, or other similar materials.

Key Responsibilities

• - Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work
• - Mix mortar or grout using cement, sand, water and lime
• - Lay bricks or other materials in horizontal courses
• - Cut or trim bricks or other materials to fit around openings or other structures
• - Use hand and power tools to chip, grind and polish surfaces
• - Repair cracks or holes in existing masonry structures
• - Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• - Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Mason
• - High school diploma or equivalent education
• - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• - Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
• - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• - Good hand-eye coordination
• - Attention to detail
• - Strong communication skills

Compensation

This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation may be provided for non-local candidates.
