We Company is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager for its Head office in Lahore. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing the marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, analyzing market trends, and presenting insights to senior management. This role includes Yearly Strategic Brand Planning, Footfall Achievement, Packages and Deals coordination, On time Packages Launching, Analyze campaigns ROI, Printing & Packaging and Team Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic brand plans.
• Lead and manage the marketing team; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and present insights to senior management.
• Coordinate yearly strategic brand planning, footfall targets, packages and deals, and on-time package launches.
• Analyze campaign ROI and oversee printing and packaging activities.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the entertainment, food or hospitality industry is highly preferable
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, including social media, email, and content marketing
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software
