Job summary

Genifem is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Intern to support content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations. You will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute across the marketing cycle from planning to performance tracking.

This 100% remote internship offers mentorship, live calendar ownership, and exposure to product marketing and founder brand activities. A strong candidate has coursework in marketing and hands-on content experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required).
• Strong written communication skills with ability to turn around quickly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics; Canva is a plus.
• Working knowledge of social platforms and content scheduling/reporting tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content/research.
• Organized and able to manage a content calendar with minimal oversight.
• Prior marketing coursework, internship, or personal content experience a strong plus.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator Intern to support content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations, reporting directly to our Marketing Manager. You'll play a role throughout the marketing cycle — from content planning to execution to performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute the weekly content calendar across social and campaign channels
• Assist with content creation, social media management, and basic market research
• Coordinate with our design and video team to get assets delivered on schedule
• Support marketing for our AI automation product line and founder personal brand content
• Monitor campaign and content performance using analytics tools
• Contribute fresh ideas to campaign and messaging strategy

Requirements

Work Details & Compliance

• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (work on your own laptop/computer)
• Time Commitment: 40 hours per week, full-time commitment required
• Engagement: Independent Contractor (Full-time commitment)
• Path to Full-Time: Successful interns who complete 90 days with demonstrated code quality, reliable sprint delivery, and proactive problem-solving will be offered a conversion to full-time Software Engineer
• Payment: Monthly payment in USD via direct bank transfer
• Taxes: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for reporting your income and paying applicable personal income taxes in Pakistan (FBR)
• Intellectual Property: All code, repositories, technical architectures, automations, and documentation created during the internship remain the exclusive property of Genifem
• Confidentiality: Client codebases, proprietary agent workflows, and internal architectures are confidential and subject to non-disclosure
• Work Eligibility: Candidates must have legal authorization to work and receive bank transfers in Pakistan
