About The Role

Omnira Software is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies, manage website updates and SEO, and create engaging content across blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and landing pages. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Omnira Software solutions support critical E&P processes including reserves management, planning, forecasting and different operations processes, delivering efficiencies, confidence in the data, and insights for better decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & SEO Management – Maintain and optimize Omnira’s WordPress website for performance, user experience, and search rankings. Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and lead generation.
• Content Creation, Branding & Graphic Design – Support the creation of blog posts, LinkedIn content, email campaigns, landing pages, and videos to engage Omnira’s audience.
• Marketing Automation & CRM – Manage HubSpot/Salesforce Pardot workflows, email automation, and CRM data to support lead nurturing, campaign performance tracking, and reporting.
• Event & Webinar Coordination – Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, handling logistics, promotions, and attendee communications.
• Lead Management & CRM Support – Track and qualify marketing leads within the CRM, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and lead nurturing strategies.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization – Analyze marketing performance metrics (engagement, lead generation, conversions) and assist with competitive benchmarking to refine strategies.
• General Marketing Support – Maintain marketing assets, support internal communications, and assist with special projects as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media strategies, and B2B marketing best practices.
• Content & Design Proficiency: Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills to create engaging and brand-aligned content. Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is an asset.
• Marketing Tools & Automation: Experience using HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
• Project Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative & Self-Driven: Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to team-oriented projects.
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives accordingly.
