Job description

The marketing coordinator will work closely with our game development teams to create, implement, and nurture the overall strategy of developing and maintaining the target audiences of weRplay games, and further build up our brands for sustainable growth in terms of users, revenue, and brand health indicators.

Job Specification

Responsibilities

  • Adapt and develop the marketing and brand strategy for the weRplay games, based on the defined goals.
  • Develop social media and digital marketing strategies for the iphone and Android games.
  • Work with other departments to co-develop integrated marketing plans.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns adapting for local market needs.
  • Support management decisions on forecast rational, business models and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate the development and production of marketing materials both digital and physical overseeing the localizations process and keeping brand consistency.
  • Work with industry partners on developing co-branding and co-marketing strategies to promote weRplay products.
  • Identify internal and external sources of market knowledge (research companies, internal databases, internet, personal networking).
  • Produce regular in-depth market analysis, intelligence, brand health, and similar reports for management review.
  • Lead marketing related projects when assigned.
  • Develop deep product knowledge becoming an expert on how business models work.

Requirements
  • Experience with an ad agency or brand management
  • Team player with strong leadership, project management, and time management skills
  • Confident presenter, experienced in using ppt, and good public speaker
  • Good oral and written communications skills in both Chinese and English
  • Extensive experience managing creative / media agencies and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and strong aesthetics sense
  • Insight driven approach and ability to use initiative
  • Strong brand and project management skills and analytical competence
  • Strong creativity and commercial awareness
  • Good (and working) knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Creative writing skills
