Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist


Seeking an individual who can effectively leverage CRM platforms to streamline sales processes, improve data management, and ultimately drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


CRM Management:


  1. Implementing, customizing, and optimizing CRM (majorly HubSpot) workflows.
  2. Managing and maintaining the CRM database to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  3. Creating and managing dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics and provide insights to sales leadership.

Collaboration and Training:


  1. Working closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration across the organization.
  2. Providing training and support to sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.
  3. Keeping up-to-date on new features and functionalities of the CRM platforms.

Data Management and Analysis:


  1. Ensuring data integrity within CRM platforms and implementing data quality control measures.
  2. Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Generating reports and presentations to communicate insights to sales leadership.

Sales Process Optimization:


  1. Designing and implementing new workflows and automation within to streamline activities.
  2. Developing and documenting best practices for Sales Process.

Must-Have Skills:


  1. Data Management: Strong data management skills, including data entry, data cleansing, data analysis and reporting.
  2. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
  4. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within CRM platforms and find effective solutions.
  5. Experience working with/ability and desire to learn GONG Solution.
  6. Experience working with/ability and desire to learn PandaDocs Solution.

Nice to Have:


Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally with relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot CRM Administration Certification).


Qualification:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
