About the Role
The Marketing Associate will execute campaigns & manage day-to-day marketing operations for Condado & Tricension. This hands-on role ensures marketing initiatives are launched on time, optimized for performance, & measured for impact. The Associate will report to the Head of Marketing, & work closely to the design & web resources, to deliver execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Coordinate & launch campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, & events/webinars.
- Manage campaign calendars, ensuring deadlines & deliverables are met.
- Support ABM & outbound campaign execution in partnership with sales.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain & optimize marketing tech stack (CRM, email automation, analytics).
- Ensure campaign data is accurate, updated, & integrated across systems.
- Generate & distribute performance dashboards & reports.
Content & Asset Management
- Adapt & repurpose content into email sequences, social posts, & landing pages.
- Coordinate with Design Lead & Webflow Developer on creative assets & website updates.
- Maintain centralized libraries for sales enablement & campaign collateral.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign KPIs (CTR, conversions, CPL) & recommend optimizations.
- Run A/B tests on emails, landing pages, & paid campaigns.
- Provide insights to the Head of Marketing to refine strategies.
Collaboration
- Act as the operational backbone for both brands’ marketing efforts.
- Partner with business development to support lead follow-up & nurturing workflows.
Performance Metrics
- Campaign launch timeliness & quality.
- Cost per lead (CPL) & conversion rates.
- Accuracy & consistency of CRM/marketing data.
- Engagement metrics across digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an in-house/client role rather than agency side.
- Proficiency with email marketing, CRM and automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Hands-on experience running an organic social content plan on LinkedIn, LinkedIn campaigns, and paid media execution.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, reporting dashboards) and ability to optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance tracking.
- Experience using AI tools for Marketing (content, design, performance optimization, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, ensuring accuracy and consistency across campaigns and systems.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to experiment with new tools and approaches to improve marketing operations.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with sales, design, and web teams, while supporting the Head of Marketing directly.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of B2B lead generation funnels and nurturing workflows; Familiarity with content repurposing for multi-channel campaigns; Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and sales enablement; Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho).
