Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research on current real estate trends, pricing, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.

• Gather data from multiple sources including industry reports, surveys, online tools, CRM, and on-ground observations.
• Analyze data using statistical tools and convert findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and management.
• Identify target customer segments and recommend marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing marketing and project campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project planning teams to improve decision-making processes.
• Forecast market shifts and suggest adjustments in business and marketing plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market research, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
