Job summary

Kodifly is seeking a Product Designer who will own the end-to-end design of our web-based applications, balancing usability with marketability. You will work closely with engineers to ship designs that are not only intuitive but also sellable, while shaping product visuals to strengthen market appeal.

You will conduct user research, craft wireframes and prototypes, and guide design decisions with a commercial lens.

Qualifications

• UX research and UI design experience for web apps
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Understanding of design systems and systems thinking
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite desirable
• Ability to align design decisions with commercial goals
• Comfortable working with engineers in an agile process
• Familiarity with data/analytics tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in design

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of web-based applications
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and workflows
• Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces
• Create wireframes, flows and prototypes
• Lead design execution in Figma with high quality visuals
• Iterate based on user feedback and analytics
• Design with a marketable, sellable lens for commercial impact
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and accuracy
• Participate in agile ceremonies and estimate design tasks
• Maintain design docs, style guides and specifications
