Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX research and UI design for web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Strong understanding of design systems and systems thinking.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Experience aligning design decisions with commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand pain points, workflows, and user needs.
• Design intuitive, responsive UI across web apps with consistent visuals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to validate solutions.
• Own design execution in Figma with high-quality visuals.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability tests, and analytics.
• Design with a commercial lens to improve marketability and positioning.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible implementations.
• Support demos and pitches with design assets and storytelling.
