Job Description:
Abacus is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager Service Delivery & Digitalization in Lahore.
This role is responsible for overseeing centralized HR operations, driving process automation, and ensuring compliance while enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong expertise in HR Shared Services, HRIS, and digital transformation.
- Oversee HR Shared Services across all business units.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including payroll, benefits, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Lead HRIS administration, reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation, social security, and HR governance.
- Drive process optimization, standardization, and digital transformation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Define and implement Shared Services strategy, governance structures, SLAs, and service catalogues.
- Oversee daily HR operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Establish case resolution systems and HR helpdesk support.
- Safeguard HR data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Deliver dashboards, reports, and workforce insights for decision-making.
- Streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring performance and engagement.
- Implement automation tools (RPA, chatbots, digital workflows) to modernize HR processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, HRBPs, vendors, and regulators for smooth operations.
- Maintain audit readiness and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 6-8 years HR experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Skill Set Required
- Strong expertise in HR Shared Services, HR operations, payroll, and benefits.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS, HR analytics, compliance, and project management.
- Skilled in conflict management, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Ability to drive process automation and digital transformation.
