Role overview:

Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of nationwide sales promotions and marketing campaigns. Act as a key bridge between the Commercial Division and regional sales teams (North, Central, South), driving alignment, channel growth, and brand visibility through innovative promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the national sales promotion strategy in close coordination with Commercial and regional sales leads. Ensure all initiatives are aligned with business goals and tailored to market dynamics.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns—including floats, kiosks, in-store branding, uniforms, and giveaways—by managing vendor relationships, procurement cycles, and timely rollouts across all regions.
  • Analyze performance of existing and new sales channels. Collaborate with regional teams to enhance productivity and KPIs through targeted strategies, trainings, and customized support plans.
  • Oversee design, approval, procurement, and distribution of all promotional and branding material (flyers, standees, uniforms, etc.). Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery across all zones.
  • Drive market research and competitor analysis to inform promotional strategy. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for regional campaigns and product positioning.
  • Develop and manage incentive programs and recognition campaigns to motivate front-line sales staff. Plan and execute engagement events, team-building activities, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Implement best practices for campaign planning, vendor management, and internal workflows. Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, budgets, and audit requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional coordination. Provide timely updates, performance dashboards, and post-campaign analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
