Job description

Qualifications: MBA/BBA (from any reputable university) / Mechanical or Process Engineering.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including more than five years in industrial sales of lubricants products (industrial grades and automotive grades, specifically drum sales/fleet sales), focusing on product formulation, direct sales, and sales support.
  • Proven technical and commercial sales experience with the ability to generate sales volume.
  • Track record of success in targeted sales environments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to engage at all levels of client organizations.
  • Demonstrated technical and engineering skills with application in the B2B industrial sales market.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong negotiation, consultancy, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented, capable of meeting deadlines, completing projects, and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional customer management skills, with an emphasis on building long-term trust and relationships.

Salary Package: Rs. 60,000 – 90,000 (performance-based, review after a 3-month probation period), plus company-maintained car and fuel, and commission as decided.
