Job summary

A manufacturing company in Sialkot is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in gloves manufacturing. You'll oversee quality management, ensure compliance with standards, and improve quality processes. Strong inspection and problem-solving skills are essential for conducting inspections and coordinating improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in gloves manufacturing in the same capacity.
• Experience in quality improvement plans and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Arrange QCs in all stitching lines and inform about changing orders.
• Ensure stitching operations meet quality standards.
• Sort out and log faults and take preventive actions.
• Inspect shading, leather problems, and finished garments.
• Coordinate quality improvement plans.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Arrange the QCs in all stitching lines, halls & sections and inform them about the changing & running orders.
• To ensure that each & every stitching operation has been done according to the quality standard.
• To sort out & log-in the faults of M/operators & take preventive actions accordingly.
• Inspect /check the shading, leather problems & finished garments.
• Initiate & co-ordinate quality improvement plans with QMS.
• Managing overall QA activities for the manufacturing of material by monitoring all production activities for quality conformance.
• Randomly evaluate for compliance with all quality requirements & specifications to ensure reliability of finished leather jackets.
• After final inspection, highlight areas for improvement by conducting /arranging meeting(s) with the concerned deptts & provide them technical assistance.

Job Specification

Graduate preferably Master degree holder with minimum of 3 years experience in gloves manufacturing concern in the same capacity.
