Job description

Planning, organizing, and implementing actions to ensure the right quality in production.
Responsible for handling customer satisfaction by strategically responding to customer complaints or quality alarms.
Controlling process parameters using SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Perform statistical analysis of reprocesses and rejections, and conduct monthly meetings to highlight findings to process owners and identify root causes.
