Job description

• Maintain ongoing relations with technical/content partners of concerned VAS
• Scoping and developing new relationships with technical/content vendors
• Complete management of designated VAS products
• Account Management and strategic relations management
• New feature enhancement and churn management to maximize service usability and revenue
• Monitor the service performance including generating and analyzing reports and taking proactive measures to manage issue as maybe required
• Devise a project plan for each new product launch that may includes timelines for all stages, service flows, concept papers and presentations
• Responsible for all products testing
• communicate content requirements effectively to the content team and make sure that all service content is up to mark as per clients expectations
