Job description

Responsibilities

• To know the exact capacity of machines & operations in each stitching hall.
• To prepare monthly stitching production plans according to the monthly order status.
• To prepare daily stitching production plan to optimize the available resources (men, machines, material).
• To get orders quantity & other related information from PPC and to feed the orders in production halls, according to machine capacity & stitcher capability.
• To constantly monitor & get update of leather swatches, trims, accessories & other specifications of running orders.
• To ensure 100% feeding of orders on the committed & stipulated dates.
• To ensure that all the necessary resources (men, material, machines, methods) are available for production & to set priority of orders stitching as per PPC requirement.
• To minimize wastage of resources like alteration rate, stitching mistakes /errors, leather, thereby reducing the production cost.
• To take pro-active steps to fill the shortages of manpower on daily basis, so that maximum machine capacity can be utilized.

Job Specification

Candidate should have knowledge of leather, fancy and motorbikes gloves along with minimum of 3years experience in gloves industry in the same capacity.
