Descriptions of Duties/Responsibilities

  • The development of standards to achieve maximum work.
  • Reduce interruption in work schedules and maintain the company's investment.
  • Oversee the (CME, O&M) Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Operations and Maintenance works.
  • Maintenance Planning and implementation of work.
  • Planning approval and supervision of the application tables and periodic preventive work.
  • To ensure that the machinery, facilities, and operational equipment are functioning as per requirement.
  • Reduce interruption in work schedules and increase productivity.
  • Budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control while maintaining efficient use of resources and effectiveness.
  • Reduce cost, control, and surplus disposal.
  • Compliance with Policies and procedures:
  • Make recommendations for the development and guidance for all application procedures and controls of all matters covered by the activities.
  • The preparation and ongoing development of working procedures and maintenance operations to ensure the best industry practices.
  • Optimize the use of machinery and equipment.
  • To ensure good planning for manpower requirements and budget to fit the production plans.
  • Support Operations, Civil and TI works:
  • Planning, organization, and supervision of maintenance activities on production lines and the mass of milling and smelting.
  • Provide support for the establishment of the maintenance and repair of all structures and facilities.
  • Coordination with sub-contractors:
  • Evaluation and recommendation of the work contracts with others to provide operational services at an affordable price.
Job Specification

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient command in English speaking, listening & writing.
Ability to successfully create and implement strategic/business plans, establish metrics, create and manage budgets, and successfully hire people.
Good understanding of core business processes, company standards and guidelines, and project management processes.
Possess a strong understanding of technologies.
