Tech4Life Enterprises is looking for an innovative and energetic individual for a full-time position of Manager, Marketing and Sales. The company was established in 2010 with the aim of providing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions for health and learning sectors in Pakistan and abroad. The company designs and implements innovative programs, conducts research and development to introduce best practices in ICT for development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will work on the following areas:

  • Achieve marketing and sales objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans; preparing action plans; implementing standards; resolving problems; conducting audits; identifying trends; system improvements; and implementing change.
  • Forecast and develop annual sales quotas; project expected sales and profit; analyze trends; establish pricing strategies; monitor costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; develop field sales plans.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements; analyzing market share and competitors; forecasting business; establishing targeted market share; improving product marketability and profitability through research, packaging, and new product development.
  • Achieve HR objectives by recruiting, training, coaching, and managing staff; communicating expectations; reviewing contributions; planning and reviewing compensation; enforcing policies.
  • Provide insights by analyzing data and trends.
Job Specification
  • MBA in Marketing with approximately 5 years of outside sales experience.
  • Current or recent software sales experience; hardware sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative; ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
