Job Description
- Manage an efficient recruitment process and maintain a potential backup pool of resources to address the recruitment needs.
- Advertise vacancies, assess applications, schedule interviews and tests, check references, compile results, prepare reports and make recommendations to management.
- Prepare recruitment tracking, reserve pool and planning reports.
- Draft policies and engage in periodic policy amendments whenever needed.
- Assist in developmental planning and implementation.
- Liaise with external recruiters, placement offices, recruitment websites.
- Coordinate with all Dignosco offices.
- Supervise payroll and maintain employee records.
- Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain a positive organisational culture and ensure compliance of office code of conduct.
- Conduct reference checks of employees.
- Devise HR Strategy and Human Resource Planning (HRP) while linking it directly with the corporate Mission, Vision and Goals.
- The duties will be revised from time to time; any additional task assigned by the supervisor will also be the employee’s responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree from a reputable local or bachelors from a recognised international university.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, Excel and Power Point
