Job summary

Khanewal is seeking an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee regional offices, districts and projects from Lahore. You will review vouchers, payments, and supporting documents, ensure bank reconciliations, and consolidate monthly reports.

The role requires NGO/INGO experience, knowledge of IFRS, donor agreements and strong budgeting skills. You will lead a team of finance staff and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or equivalent management qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting of regional offices, districts and projects.
• Review and verify vouchers, payments, advances and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely bank and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain proper coding and monitoring of restricted/unrestricted and Zakat funds.
• Prepare monthly accounts, reconciliations and consolidated financial reports.
• Monitor project-wise expenses and compliance with donor agreements and organizational policies.
• Support budget preparation, monitoring and variance analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory records.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure of action plans.
