Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold CA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA Finance with 5–8 years' experience, strong ERP skills (Oracle/SAP), and a proven track record in analytics and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Finalist/Qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA Finance required.
• 5–8 years' experience in finance, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong ERP knowledge and implementation experience (Oracle/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, GL, payroll coordination.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS, and budget variance analysis.
• Ensure tax compliance and statutory filings; coordinate internal audit.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise finance team and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Support annual budgeting and strategic financial planning.
• Oversee governance requirements.

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations: AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and budget variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (FBR/SRB), statutory filings, and internal audit requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Supervise finance team and strengthen internal controls
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital

Requirements:
