Job summary

The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute invites applications for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager — Costing. You will develop costing systems, analyze costs per procedure, and support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives across hospital departments.

The role requires ACMA/CMA/ACCA/CA or MBA Finance, 3–5 years costing experience in healthcare or manufacturing, and proficiency in MS Excel, costing software and analytical/AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain costing systems for hospital departments (OT, labs, radiology, wards, pharmacy and etc).
• Analyze cost per procedure/service line and recommend pricing strategies.
• Analyze cost trends and suggest optimization.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for new equipment/services.
• Prepare annual budgeting and cost saving strategies.
• Monitor variances and drive cost-control initiatives.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to gather operational data.
• Prepare periodic costing reports for management review.

Requirements:
