Job Responsibilities

1. Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
2. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
3. Utilize hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks related to interest rates and foreign exchange positions.
4. Maintain and develop banking relationships.
5. Assist in determining the company's optimal capital structure.
6. Arrange for equity and debt financing as needed.
7. Manage and invest funds appropriately.
8. Recommend dividend issuances based on historical patterns and projected cash flows.
