Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategic direction and development of Clary's branch in Pakistan to ensure company's e-based marketing program is best in class at meeting our US based corporate customer needs, driving the customer experience, and delivering increased traffic/sales.
- Manage a team of web developers, web designers, search engine optimizers and telemarketers.
- Accountable for achieving online sales targets and evolution of CRM strategies.
- Primary business accountability for developing, supporting and maintaining the technical infrastructure and architecture of all e-commerce websites.
- Lead the planning and management of a half-million dollar annual online advertising budget including: SEO, paid search, natural search, 3rd party ad/email placements and affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Provide support and partnership to our US based E-Commerce Sales team to maximize efficiency and profitability through online initiatives.
- Lead the daily management of Clary's continuously increasing web sites portfolio.
- Supervise the website design and development team to help guide new content and functionality enhancements, improving the customer experience through product innovations and site enhancements.
- Identify and evangelize customer scenarios, creating strategy around customer experience; prioritize website feature sets and identifies target markets to be addressed by features.
- Lead competitive analysis and understanding to ensure our websites are consistently better than the competition in terms of online experience and promotional / merchandising / pricing effectiveness.
- Compile/track performance and interpret the data in order to optimize future efforts.
