Minimum MBA (majors in marketing would be preferred) with at least 4 years of experience
Or
Masters in Mass Communication with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing digital media platforms' content strategies.
- Duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
- Plan and develop Digital media campaigns.
- Develop and implement a monthly calendar for digital media postings.
- Craft compelling content or getting it developed through advertising agencies.
- Suggest to line managers and seniors new ways of promoting social media platforms to build followership.
- Ensure posting content across digital media accounts.
- Arrange digital media communication events such as company management podcasts and webinars, social media live coverage of internal and external physical events.
- Monitor and analyze running campaigns.
- Keep abreast of the latest / evolving social media trends / financial impacts for developing better communication strategies.
- Develop videos of new Company developments and achievements for beaming on Company’s digital media platforms.
- Supervise online / physical sessions (Khulli Kachehri) for direct customers to join and register their complaints, identify trends / critical complaints and submit to senior management with possible action plan.
- Guide team for integration of online/offline activities.
- Review suggested topics for blogs, whenever required make suggestion on additional topics.
- Review blogs written and submit for approvals. Ensure bloggers are meeting the contractual obligations / deadlines. Ensure media activities are in line with policies / guidelines.
- Review budgets, payments and expenses and ensure their timely preparation and submission / processing.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
