Job description

  • Responsible for optimizing the expected annual revenue of the company by meeting own targets.
  • Capable of measurable strategic account planning, implementing tactics, executing programs, managing customer/client relationships at various levels within the company.
  • Expanding sales efforts in every way possible.
  • Responsible for acquiring and maintaining customers for the business.
  • Plans and coordinates corporate activities as required by the company.
  • A corporate account manager deals with all negotiations between the company and new clients as needed.
  • Manages the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and controls covering the organization to ensure all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
  • Manage the overall GP% for the company.
Job Specification

Expertise:

  • 5-7 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Responsible for maintaining all customers within the entire district.
  • Must be able to cultivate strong corporate alliances by building relationships with contacts to fully engage and increase support and interest in growing the company’s profit and marketing efforts.
  • Must be able to communicate both externally and internally at multiple levels of an organization, including a combination of electronic, written, face-to-face, telephone conversations, and video conferences.
  • Maintains accurate data in Salesforce for current partners, involves 80% travel, and assumes additional duties as required.
  • Manages the business plan and provides required reporting and tracking of business.
  • Weekly forecast and top opportunities report to HOD.
