Duties & Responsibilities

1. Managing the accounting and monitoring systems for the company’s finances and responsible for managing books of accounts.
2. Working with auditors.
3. Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors, or statutory organizations for the benefit of the firm.
4. Managing the firm’s budgets.
5. Updating the firm regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the firm’s business operation.
6. Making contacts and looking for new sources who can finance the firm’s debt facilities.
7. Developing management mechanisms in the finance department for purposes of minimizing financial risks.

Job Specification

The candidate should be a CA Finalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience (after Articleship) in a manufacturing setup.
