Job description

Job Summary

Ensure that all maintenance work is completed on time following SOPs.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify and plan preventive and corrective work orders.
2. Ensure that preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance are completed within the agreed time.
3. Monitor maintenance budget expenditure and record details in the system.
4. Plan and ensure adequate stock of spare parts.
5. Coordinate and ensure service delivery during unplanned/emergency situations.
6. Monitor and check machines to ensure minimal downtime.
7. Inspect repair works to ensure quality, following checklists.
8. Proactively establish systems and implement maintenance SOPs.
9. Ensure compliance with HSE and HACCP standards.
10. Assign duties to staff and manage shifts.

KPIs

• Plant downtime analysis

• Completion of projects within time and budget
• Plant downtime due to unavailability of spare parts
• Number of major/minor accidents in Maintenance dept

Work Experience Requirement

3-5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setup handling heavy machinery.
