About the job: Maintenance Engineer

HRSI is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute site maintenance programs for solids manufacturing production machines, ensuring timely completion of work orders and maintenance tasks.
2. Manage and ensure compliance with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
3. Implement measures to prevent machine breakdowns and reduce breakdown maintenance costs.
4. Maintain effective safety stocks of necessary machine spares in the engineering store to minimize downtime.
5. Implement OEE and B&C projects in a timely manner.
6. Execute calibration programs for weighing balances, pressure and temperature gauges, recorders, etc., in solids value streams.
7. Prepare necessary documentation such as Maintenance SOPs, job descriptions for reporting staff, and URS for new machines in coordination with production and QA teams.
8. Support NPLs by providing efficient feedback and ensuring the timely availability of machine tooling.
9. Assist in liaising with QA and production to arrange line trials of new packaging materials and review specifications.
10. Provide feedback to the Maintenance Manager regarding make-or-buy decisions, support new vendor development, and advise on production-related capital investments.
11. Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, and other policies and guidelines as applicable by law and GSK corporate standards.
12. Ensure adherence to environment, health, and safety policies and guidelines.
13. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned according to business needs.
