• Monitor alert consoles and logs for errors or performance issues.
• Respond to system messages and alerts to ensure service availability.
• Work in a collaborative and agile environment, supporting a global team.
• Support 24/7 shift operations, ensuring high system availability.
• Participate in weekly retrospective calls and contribute to process improvements.
