Job summary

PRG Pakistan seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level M365 solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud services and collaboration tools, leading cross-functional projects across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Certifications: MS-700, MS-100, AZ-104 or equivalents preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft tenant administration, user identity, policies.
• Experience with hybrid environments and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide M365 architecture.
• Lead migration from legacy systems to Microsoft cloud stack.
• Manage SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
• Monitor uptime, user access, security, and governance compliance.
• Provide tier-3 escalation support and user enablement.
