Contour Software Pvt Ltd in Pakistan is seeking an M&A Research Associate to identify target software businesses, conduct industry research, and build target lists for Marketing and Business Development. You will evaluate markets and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

The role requires collaboration with marketing to drive strategic outcomes, reporting KPI’s, and handling special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable and committed success in prior research-led role.
• Competent Excel skills and IT literate; web scraping bonus.
• CRM systems experience with Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in a business setting and willingness to work an afternoon shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and competitive research to identify vertical market software businesses that meet criteria and create target lists.
• Make recommendations to pursue new targets and enter new markets to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive M&A outcomes and provide KPI reporting on projects.
