• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and personalised client service.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Ensure high-quality service across multiple communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media).
• Collaborate with teams to enhance client experience and brand alignment.
• Track and report on personal sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Support operational functions including logistics and administration.
