Key responsibilities include tracking shipments, preparing shipping documents, maintaining records, and supporting cost-effective logistics decisions while complying with customs rules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments in line with project timelines and material requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, transporters and 3PL warehouses for bookings and delivery.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders on status and delays.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, air waybills, bills of lading.
• Maintain customs documentation and records; ensure compliance with PTA/type approvals and company policies.
• Support procurement and project teams with logistics planning and execution.
