Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as a loader or supervisor.
• Knowledge of loading techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local language will be an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading process, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at all times.

• Monitor the quality and quantity of loaded goods to ensure accuracy.
