Job summary

PPOAR in Karachi is seeking a Loader Supervisor to oversee a team of loaders and ensure the smooth, safe loading of goods onto trucks. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that safety procedures are followed.

The role is full-time with accommodation provided. You will train new loaders, coordinate with truck drivers, inspect equipment, maintain inventories, and keep records of loaded goods while complying with strict schedules, including nights and weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
• Knowledge of safe loading practices and equipment operation
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different parties involved in the loading process
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate loading according to specifications
• Physical strength and stamina for lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
• Flexibility to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
