Job summary

BrightConnect in Lahore is seeking a Loader Supervisor to oversee loading and unloading operations at our warehouse. You will coordinate with the loading team, ensure safe loading practices, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role is full-time with monthly salary and accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/warehouse cert preferred.
• Proven loader/warehouse experience; knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading.

• Train new loaders on loading techniques and safety procedures.
• Inspect equipment and report damages to maintenance staff.
• Communicate with drivers to confirm products loaded per delivery schedules.
• Keep track of loading schedule and adjust staffing to meet deadlines.

Job description

As a Loader Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Lahore. Your main duties will include coordinating with the loading team ensuring efficient and safe loading practices and maintaining inventory control.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month including accommodation provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the loading team to ensure timely and efficient loading of goods onto trucks or containers
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the loading process
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
• Inspect equipment and report any damages or malfunctions to maintenance staff
• Communicate with drivers to ensure correct products are being loaded according to delivery schedules
• Keep track of loading schedule and adjust staffing as needed to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is preferred
• Proven experience as a loader or similar role in a warehouse setting
• Knowledge of safety procedures for handling heavy equipment and materials
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Must have own visa for working in Lahore
