Job summary

Prime System Solutions in Lahore is seeking an entry-level Business Development Associate to build the top of the sales funnel through LinkedIn, identifying decision makers across industries and geographies while keeping profiles active for warmer outreach.

This is a learning role by design. The first months focus on research discipline, message quality, and volume, with broader business development responsibilities to follow once the foundation is in place.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
Strong written English for US/UK/Gulf markets.
Proficient with LinkedIn as a working tool beyond a personal profile.
Experience with CRM and tracking outreach data.
Availability for shift overlapping US business hours.
Curiosity about how different industries operate.
Patience with high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

Build target prospect lists on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and standard search, filtered by role, industry, company size, and region.
Identify the right decision makers per segment: owners, founders, directors, VPs, and department heads.
Research each prospect and their company before reaching out, including recent posts, announcements, and role changes.
Write and send personalised connection requests and follow-ups, crafted for the individual.
Post relevant content, reshare, and comment from the same LinkedIn profiles used for prospecting.
Log every touch, reply, and outcome in the CRM or tracker provided.
Keep prospect data clean and free of duplicates, with correct source and status on every record.
Hand warm conversations to senior business development with context behind them.
Report weekly on connection requests sent, acceptance rate, replies, and conversations passed on.
