Job summary

Folium AI is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its Sales team in Lahore. The role focuses on generating, nurturing, and qualifying B2B leads via LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, driving conversations, booking meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on LinkedIn outreach experience, strong written communication, and a proven ability to meet targets. IT services/SaaS familiarity and ICP-based selling are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on LinkedIn lead generation and outreach (Sales Navigator).
• Strong written communication for personalised messaging and follow-ups.
• B2B sales mindset with ability to qualify leads and book meetings.
• Understanding of sales pipelines, CRM usage, and follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn organic outreach and Sales Navigator.
• Identify target accounts, decision-makers, and buyer personas aligned with ICPs.
• Execute personalised LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up sequences.
• Engage, nurture, and qualify prospects through conversations and content touchpoints.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and buying intent.
• Schedule qualified meetings and hand over to senior sales or leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Support creation of proposals, pitch decks, and follow-ups.
• Track outreach performance and optimize messaging.
• Represent Folium AI professionally on LinkedIn and in client interactions.
