Qualifications

- Conduct legal research and due diligence for real estate projects, identifying risks and solutions.

- Support compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory filings.

- Manage legal disputes and collaborate with internal and external legal teams.

- Stay ahead of industry regulations and provide actionable recommendations.

Job Requirements:

- LLB (Hons.) with preference for candidates holding LPC, BPTC, or LLM.

- 3+ years of legal experience, including real estate transactions.

- Proven skills in drafting agreements, legal research, and negotiation.

- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
