Job summary

Noon Academy in Pakistan is seeking a Learning Analyst to oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of curriculum in smart classrooms across Noon Schools.

You will collaborate with remote teachers, local facilitators, and the operations team to ensure the curriculum is effective, data-driven, and aligned with national standards while expanding access to quality education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1-3+ years of experience in curriculum design, teacher training, or educational leadership.
• Experience on educational projects in developing contexts or with under-resourced schools.
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning strategies in traditional and digital environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with educational technology to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
• Ability to analyze student performance data and use it to inform decisions.
• Passion for improving education in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adaptation of the curriculum to suit local context and needs of students in smart classrooms.
• Ensure weekly visits to campuses as per the work plan by Learning Manager.
• Collaborate with remote teachers and facilitators to ensure effective, student-centred teaching strategies.
• Monitor teaching quality in smart classrooms and provide feedback for improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to align with national education standards and policies.
• Design and implement training programs for facilitators and remote teachers to improve teaching quality.
• Collect and analyze student performance data to inform curriculum improvements.
• Track learning outcomes and use data to enhance the curriculum.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices among teachers and facilitators for continuous learning.
• Regularly review and update teaching materials, resources, and tools to meet evolving needs.
• Support integration of technology in the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
