Qualifications

• At least 1 year coaching, training, or instruction.
• At least 1 year supporting K-8 students with one-to-one or small-group coaching.
• At least 1 year combining hands-on data analysis with learner support.
• At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.
• At least 6 months using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in professional workflows.
• Available to work 6 hours Mon-Fri between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Build precise Academic Data Reports and surface issues within 48 hours.
• Host rapid-response coaching calls to resolve blockers and motivate learners.
• Evaluate new educational apps and design AI/LLM prototypes to enhance strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds.
