Learning Analyst – Noon Academy
The Learning Analyst will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational content and teaching strategies in the smart classrooms across Noon Schools in Pakistan. The candidate will work closely with remote teachers, local facilitators, and the operations team to ensure the curriculum is effective, relevant, and aligned with the project’s objectives of enhancing student outcomes in areas with limited access to quality education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and adaptation of the curriculum to suit the local context and the needs of students in smart classrooms.
- Collaborate with remote teachers and local facilitators to ensure teaching strategies are effective and student-centred.
- Monitor the quality of teaching and learning in the smart classrooms, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with PEF or JICA or other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with national education standards and policies.
- Design and implement training programs for local facilitators and remote teachers to improve teaching quality.
- Collect and analyze student performance data to inform curriculum improvements and teaching practices.
- Track learning outcomes and use data to enhance the curriculum.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices among teachers and facilitators to foster a community of continuous learning and development.
- Regularly review and update teaching materials, resources, and tools to ensure they meet the evolving needs of students.
- Support the integration of technology in the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in curriculum design, teacher training, or educational leadership.
- Experience working on educational projects in developing contexts or with under-resourced schools.
- Strong understanding of teaching and learning strategies in both traditional and digital learning environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the use of educational technology to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
- Ability to analyze student performance data and use it to inform decisions.
- Passion for improving education in underserved communities.
