Job summary

Artistic Milliners, based in Karachi, seeks an Executive / Sr. Executive for Cut to Pack Operations in its Stitching/Finishing team.

The role targets denim manufacturing, demanding hands-on experience and a drive to improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency. Candidates with Lean and Six Sigma exposure, a textile-related degree, and a vision for future leadership are encouraged to apply before 10 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in garment manufacturing or automotive area management.
• Hands-on with Stitching & Finishing Operations; knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Stitching & Finishing Operations.
• Drive initiatives to increase productivity, quality and efficiencies.
• Diagnose and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Lead Lean & Six Sigma projects for process improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, IE, Quality and other support areas.
• Develop leadership and managerial skills for future growth.
