Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Lead Sales Associate for Original Penguin to drive sales and model outstanding customer service standards. The role supports the Store Manager, ASM and Supervisors to meet financial, customer and visual goals.

Responsibilities include guiding the team in delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, and managing time and prioritizing tasks while upholding loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented (outgoing, friendly, and personable).
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead the team to meet store goals.
• Maximize sales through the OPG customer service standards and PE Loyalty Program data.
• Maintain product knowledge, promotions and events to assist customers effectively.
• Keep floor organized and visually appealing; ensure proper loss prevention.
