Syscov is seeking a Lead QA Automation & Reliability Engineer to steer the design and execution of end-to-end test automation across web and API layers. You will champion performance and chaos testing while embedding robust QA practices into CI/CD workflows.

The role is remote (global / Pakistan) and targets a staff/lead level with 4+ years of hands-on experience designing scalable testing architectures and race-condition detection strategies.

Formación

• 4+ years of test automation and software quality engineering experience.
• Expertise in modern test frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, PyTest) and API testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with load testing, CI/CD pipeline automation, and containerized test runners.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for finding edge cases and race conditions.

Responsabilidades
