JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within the Core Foundational Services team, aligned to Infrastructure Platforms. You will contribute across architecture, development, security, and operations to support scalable, trusted technology products.

You will drive AI-assisted engineering practices, oversee code reviews, and ensure secure, resilient delivery within an agile environment. Strong cloud-native skills and financial services knowledge are valued.

Competenze

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s).
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools with validation standards.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and security.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services IT landscape.
• Practical cloud native experience.
