Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Engineer to take technical ownership of multiple software products and client projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise across the complete product engineering lifecycle, from architecture and development to QA, deployment, cloud, and production support.

The ideal candidate should be technically versatile, comfortable working across different technology stacks, and capable of making sound architectural and engineering decisions while guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of assigned products and projects.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• Remain hands-on across frontend and backend development as required.
• Lead technical planning, development, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee and contribute to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production environments.
• Identify and resolve complex technical, performance, and production issues.
• Ensure engineering standards, code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability across products.
• Mentor developers and provide technical direction to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders on technical requirements and solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong experience in technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and system design.
• Good working knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, deployment, and production environments.
• Strong understanding of QA, testing, security, performance, and scalability.
• Experience working with multiple technology stacks and adapting to project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly US-based clients, is a plus.
