Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in upscale restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of pastry techniques including cake decorating, chocolate tempering, and sugar work.
• Creativity and attention to detail for visually stunning desserts.
• Ability to manage time to meet service deadlines.
• Excellent communication with other departments.
